| Be constructive with your time! |
 |
Hello
Nowadays most people feel that they are pressed for time and that they are unable to fit in all they want to do in a day into the given hours of the day. Well I can assure you that there is a way to overcome the feeling of forever running around in a frenzy.
Maybe you know people who calmly go about their daily duties and even find the time to accomplish more without getting stressed out?. You do? I bet you often wonder how they do it.
The answer is in planning and using your time constructively.
We all have the same amount of time at our disposal to live our daily lives... 24 hours to be exact!
When you deduct 8 hours sleeping time, plus 3-4 hours meal times and eventually another 1-1 1/2 hours recreation time, (all added together making 12-13 1/2 hours) from 24 hours, you are left with 10 1/2 - 12 hours to do all want to do in a day.
So how do you go about utilizing these hours constructively?
First of all, I have found that I can gain some extra hours to add to my remaining 12 hours, if I go to bed early and get up early. Meaning, if I get up at 6:30 am, I am able to add an an extra 2 1/2 hours to my day. That is a great plus which significantly helps me plan the day more effectively and constructively.
Secondly, I can afford to spend an extra 1/2 hour on myself in the morning by getting up earlier. This 1/2 hour which I selectively use on myself, helps me mentally prepare myself for the day.
And lastly, by mentally preparing myself for the day, I automatically slow down the impulse of wanting to rush around in a fluster.
Simply remind yourself that:
YOU ARE A HUMAN BEING and not A HUMAN DOING!
And in order to truly be, you need to take the time to consciously perceive where you're going... and how you want to get there. This is why we are called a Human being. .
| REFLECTION |
 |
-How can you find some extra hours to add to your remaining 12 hours?
-Where or what do you think you are spending too much time on?
-Do you find the time to contemplate your day's work/activity before leaving home?
-Do you find yourself spending too much time on things that could easily be delegated to other people, who are more competent at them?
-Are you juggling too many things at once without seeing real results?
-How does reflecting on being a HUMAN BEING have an an impact on you and your activities?
| ACTION POINT |
 |
- Set aside at least a half-hour in the morning to
contemplate your day, and see yourself being fully in the present moment of each situation.
- Decide to go about your day in harmony and with joy.
When you are in harmony and at peace with yourself you raise your vibration and others fall in with you.
- Give your undivided attention to whatever you do at any
given time without complaining. Be grateful. For through gratitude you attract more blessings and abundance into your life.
- Be creative and not competitive at what you do.
This brings you a notch higher in your actions, because a creative mind is ten times more powerful than a competitive mind.
