| 3 Keys to Ultra Success! |
 |
Hello
This month I want to help you concentrate on what I have
identified as the ESSENTIALS to having not just some fleeting
success but Ultra sustainable Success in life.
Last month, I called your attention to the importance of
your mental and spiritual states of mind. This month what
you want to pay extreme attention to are:
Attitudes, Habits and Emotions.
These three elements can make or break your success!
Research shows that all very successful people when interviewed
about the paths they took to achieve their successes, every
single one of them identified attitudes, habits and emotions as
playing the biggest roles in their huge successes and happiness.
Take it from me, it doesn't matter if you have the best education
on the planet, or know all the greatest marketing secrets, or have
the best know how. It doesn't even matter if the world economy is
bad or good. Simply put, all of this doesn't make any difference if
you continue to sabotage yourself. You need to have the proper
mindset if you are going to succeed at the highest level.
We all aim for success on one level while on another level, we tend to
contradict that which our hearts yearn for. To give you an example.
Do you find yourself telling people how much you're longing to do
something else? Maybe you even have a very clear picture of what
it is you really want to do. But then when the universe answers your
prayer and bring new opportunities your way, what do you do? You hesitate!
Why? Because your subsconcious mind holds you back. This is due to the underlying emotions, which you have been subjected to earlier on in your life. So watch out for this sneaky hi-jacker. It pounces on you when you least expect it. Next month, I'll show you some ways to work on your subconscious mind and root out these hi-jackers.
Right now [[firstname]], you need to focus more on your attitudes. This lies firmly in your own hands. No one else can do this for you. Attitude is everything. I once remember a colleague telling me about how her 82 year-old mother one day announced to her children before turning 83 that she was going to the Himalayas. She had decided to go mountain climbing with a long dear friend she met way back in her mid twenties. Before her 83 birthday she had received a birthday card from this friend who informed her that he was going on a mountain trip with a group of people. This friend was 76 and had had a life long experience in mountain climbing. But the mother of my friend had practically none.
Needless to say that the lady made good her intention and enjoyed herself
tremendously. In fact she completely fell in love with her mountaineering experience that she planned to top it with her 85th birthday! And in case you're wondering what her doctor said. She claimed she has a mind of her own and didn't believe in asking her doctor, put in her own words "he will only try to talk me out of it, because of his own fears"?! Great! What an admirable attitude!
I know I have written about habits, as well as attitudes and emotions in some previous issues of this ezine. It just goes to show you how important they really are in arriving at your destination... which I presume is your goal.
This is why I'm adamant about you're examining them again. Check
carefully your daily habits, and make sure they are serving you and your intention. If not, well then toss them and make new ones. You have the
choice and don't you ever forget that.
| REFLECTION |
 |
-Choose to believe that you cannot fail, no matter the circumstances are.
- Whenever you feel uncertain about anything, talking out loud to
yourself about it will break the spell.
-Your life has made you who you are now, so go easy on yourself
-It is ok to feel insecure about new changes. Just don't stay there
for too long.
-When in doubt, don't act or react. Go within and be still.
-What regular habits do you practise to attain and sustain
your goal?
| ACTION POINT |
 |
- Take time to identify what is stopping you, and go ahead and
act on your dream anyway.
- Take the first step, and you'll find that the other steps become
easier.
- Whatever your goal is, start building on it now, don't wait
until you've got everything worked out to get it off the ground.
- Find someone to hold your dream for you. Someone who will hold
you accountable and wants you to succeed.
- Use your subconscious mind to fully picture yourself achieving
your goal and feel that you deserve it.
