Question: How Can You Develop an Attitude of Acceptance?
Promptings: Look for what you can be grateful for in the new situation
Recognise that it is perhaps time to move on
The first question and the two promptings are the first steps to shift your focus and prepare yourself to welcome the new change. Repeat the question to yourself allowing the promptings to guide you for your own answer.

Prompting: Step back and re-evaluate your situation with an open mind

Question: How Can You Deal Constructively with Your Fear?
Prompting: Admit exactly what you fear to yourself
