Holistic questions to support changes 

As I am dedicated to helping you make the changes in your life as easy and stress free as possible, I will be offering you on a weeky basis - for a short time- 1 question and 2 promptings from my  new ebooket "Top 10 Holistic Questions to Embrace Changes and Grow" TM 

Week 1
Question: How Can You Develop an Attitude of Acceptance?

Promptings: Look for what you can be grateful for in the new situation 
                        Recognise that perhaps it is  time to move on

 Prompting: Accept the fear and stay a hile with it
